Here’s how it works:

Log into your account and proceed to our menu to browse our product offerings.

After adding the desired items to your shopping cart click on the green Checkout button to review and submit your order. Be sure to select the Delivery option before pressing the Complete button.

Once you have submitted your order you will receive an order confirmation email.

Another email will be sent when your order is ready for delivery and will contain instructions regarding the next step.

You will receive a call/email to schedule a delivery. Please allow up to 30 minutes for a fulfillment email and up to 1 hour for a delivery dispatch call (during normal business hours).

What are your delivery hours?

Delivery hours are 9AM-10PM. Same day deliveries for orders placed by 8:00 PM.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to over 50 cities; as far north as Walnut Creek, and as far south as Hollister. Please see map and alphabetized list above for specific parameters. Delivery minimums are based on city, not map.

Can you deliver to public areas?

No, we cannot deliver to a public address - only private residences or places of work.

Do you Have a Storefront?

We do have a brick-and-mortar location at 985 Timothy Drive, San Jose, CA, 95133.

Do you have discounts?

We gladly offer a 20% discount to all military personnel (active/retired).
All registered guests 55 years or older receive a 10% wisdom discount on all orders as well.

Do you have sales or promotions?

We run recurring specials and offer several holiday deals throughout the year. Our online menu is updated daily and will always reflect all of our current specials.

Can I use my points?

Yes! When you first log in to your account there is a feature to convert your points into store credit. Then once you're done shopping, at checkout there will be another button asking if you would like to use the store credit.

Can I return product?

Generally, we don’t accept returns on products, though we’ll always work with guests in-store who are experiencing manufacturer errors (e.g., leaky vaporizer cartridge). All defective products must be processed for returns in-store only.

Is there a fee for delivery?

Guests are never charged an extra fee for delivery - simply meet our minimum purchase required based on your location to qualify. Delivery minimums are based on city, not map.

How much are taxes?

All guests are charged a state excise tax of 15%, a 10% San Jose business tax, and a 9.375% Santa Clara County sales tax. Guests possessing a state-issued MMJ recommendation are exempt from the County sales tax.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and debit cards with a chip. For card transactions over $600, please have multiple forms of payment (one charge per card, per day). We do not accept American Express.

What do I need to sign up for delivery?

Guest must register ONLINE and include email and password to allow them to order through the website as well as providing a valid driver's license or identification card.

How long will it take to deliver?

It depends on the time of the day you schedule your order for and your location in relation to the Center. It can be as quick as 30 minutes for San Jose residents, or up to four hours for those in Burlingame.

How much can I order at a time?

This depends on whether you’re a medical or recreational guest.
Recreational guests can purchase up to 1 ounce of flower and 8000 mg of concentrates or edibles per day.
Medical guests can order up to 8 ounces of flower and concentrates per day.

Can you take orders over the phone?

You’ll need to sign up to verify you possess a state-issued ID and are at least 21 years of age before any orders are placed.
All orders are placed online using our digital menu.

Can I schedule a delivery for later?

We do allow guests to schedule delivery for later in the day to accommodate busier schedules. Simply choose any two-hour window between 10 am-10 pm -- you can do this in the 'Notes' on your online order or when delivery dispatch calls to confirm your order. Restrictions may apply.

Who can accept my delivery order?

Due to cannabis regulations deliveries MUST be accepted and paid for by the person whose name is on the order. To accommodate your busy schedule and to ensure we can deliver to YOU we allow you to schedule delivery for later in the day. Simply request a 2 hour time window between the hours of 10 am -10 pm in the notes section or when the dispatcher calls.
